Host an Event
Horizon on Sunset is a multi-faceted event facility that allows your vision to become a reality. Choose between the Art Gallery, the Event Center, or the Courtyard; or combine any of the options.
Art Gallery
The second floor of the Art Gallery is available for seated meals, cocktail parties and classroom style seating. It can be rented on its own with the Event Center and/or with the Courtyard.

The Event Center
The Event Center is a split level space with a pure white background as your event canvas. It can be rented on its own, with the Art Gallery and/or with the Courtyard.

The Courtyard
The Courtyard is an open air space that can be rented on its own or with the Art Gallery and/or the Event Center.

Usage Fees
The rental fee is dependent upon the desired space and day of the week. Please download our sample rental rates for more details. Venue rental covers 5 hours including 1 hour for set up, 3 hours for the event and 1 hour for clean up. Additional time is subject to fees and must be approved by management in advance.
Food & Beverage
Horizon on Sunset has a curated and diverse vendor list to meet all of your needs including catering, bartending and more. No bar minimum is required. All alcoholic beverages must be handled by TABC certified staff. Full vendor list available on request.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to formally reserve your preferred date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. If an event is planned within 30 days of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, check or cash.
Security
Security is required for all events at Horizon on Sunset. Security is $75/hour/HPD Officer and is based on final guest count. Minimum of 4 hours and 2 officers.
Insurance
Renter must sign an Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement.
Caterer must provide a $1,000,000.00 minimum Certificate of Liability Insurance with Horizon on Sunset, LLC. listed as the Certificate Holder.

Valet
Valet parking must be used for groups of over 20 guests. Horizon on Sunset will arrange this service. Client's are responsible to process payment pre-event.
Policies & Procedures
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
The use of confetti, rice, bird seeds, beads or glitter is not allowed
Embellishments inside the facility must be accepted before the event.
Open flame is only allowed on premises with written approval from management.
Renter or caterer is responsible for cleanup and excessive trash.
Post-event decoration and rental pickup is required to be the morning after an event to respect our neighbors.
